Customer Support (English Speaking- FX) Full Time On-Site

On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a Customer Support Officer (Back office) to be based at their offices in Nicosia , Cyprus.

Areas of Responsibility

• Monitor & respond to support emails.
• Respond to help desk tickets.
• Oversees the daily execution of tasks relating to deposits and withdrawals.
• Check clients KYC & Payments details
• Archive KYC
• Check pendinig withdrawals
• Monitor failed deposits & withdrawals
• Will gradually send payments, add credits and check IB Comms

Skills and Requirements: 

• High fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Atleast one year previous experience in back office in the forex industry.
• Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Good communication and monitoring skills.
• Strong sense of professionalism and organizational and analytical skills.
• Self-learner and highly motivated individual.

The Package:

• Working hours: Monday – Friday 10:30 – 18:00
