Business Development Manager (Spanish) Full Time Hybrid

Our client, a regulated brokerage is looking to recruit a Spanish speaking Business Development Manager for their offices in Cyprus. The successful candidate needs to have great communicational skills and be able to assist newly registered clients and follow up with their trading activities. Responsibilities include:

• Outgoing calls to newly registered clients, present company services
• Identify and assess customers’ needs
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information
• Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts in database
• Follow communication procedures, compliance guidelines and policies
• Engage and retain customers for long-term trading
• Ability to work shifts depending on the dedicated market

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be Spanish native
• Atleast 1 year experience in Retention
• Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
