Customer Support Agent (Spanish) Full Time On-Site

Our client, a Regulated Investment Firm is on the looking to hire an Spanish Speaking Customer Support Agent with at least 6 months experience in a similar role to join their great team in Nicosia, Cyprus!

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

• Provides quality service and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to System/technical troubleshooting, Login/Account issues, Accounting (deposits and withdrawals) and overall trading enquiries

• Processing and channelling issues to the relevant departments

Requirements:

• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role in LATAM Market is a must
• Familiarity with our industry is a must
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
• Understanding of how CRM systems work
• Fluency in Spanish and English language both oral communication and writer is a must, other languages will be considered as a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Patience when handling tough cases

Working hours: 

• Five days a week (rotation), Flexibility for shifts
• The role involves rotational shifts pattern: 16:00-00:00 / 00:00-08:00
