We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and overall growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketing professional to leverage industry knowledge and creativity to position our brands as a leader in the competitive CFD and Prop trading market.
About the role:
Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the CFD and Prop Trading industries. This includes online digital marketing initiatives, and brand positioning strategies aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, competitive landscape, and the latest market developments. Utilize this information to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns.
Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing channels. Develop compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences, establishing the company as a trusted authority in the CFD and Prop trading market.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising. Optimize these campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
Content Creation & Management: Oversee content creation, including articles, blogs, videos, webinars, and educational resources tailored to both new and experienced traders. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and adds value to the audience.
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition. Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives.
Social Media & Community Engagement: Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and build an active online community. Monitor social media channels to engage with users and address customer inquiries or concerns.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, website traffic, customer engagement, and ROI. Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior management on campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work with product development, customer support, and compliance teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business performance.
Management: This person will be managing the headquarter marketing team, oversee the work of local marketing teams and our third-party collaborators (such as digital marketing agencies and affiliate advertising) over apply hands on work when needed. We need a person who is capable of handling hands on marketing tasks, but also an efficient manager and inspiring leader. Being able to see through execution, manage and grow teams.
