Head of Regulatory Compliance/ Alternate AMLCO Full Time

Key Duties:

• Preparation of CAF and PAF.
• Regulatory Compliance Management: Ensure that the Company complies with CBC, and EU regulations/circulars as updated from time to time.
• Internal Audit Liaison: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, addressing findings and ensuring timely remediation of compliance-related issues.
• Regulatory Reporting: Prepare, together with relevant teams and submit required reports to regulatory authorities, ensuring accuracy and timely submission (including adhoc requests from the CBC).
• Responds to all questions and requests, provides information, and fully cooperates with CBC.
• Policy & Procedure Maintenance: Review and keep updated, internal policies and procedures to align with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Compliance Monitoring – Assist AMLCO to implement and oversee compliance monitoring programs such as high-risk customers, transaction monitoring and AML controls.
• Assist AMLCO in preparation/amendment/update of Manual, Procedures, Policies in relation to ML/TF & Sanctions.
• Assist in the drafting/updating of AML policies/procedures in order to be in line with regulatory/legislative requirements.
• Assists AMLCO to prepare, maintain and update lists with customer categories and other information.
• Substitutes the AMLCO in case of absence in case the candidate is appointed as Alternate AMLCO.

About you:

• Prior related work experience of 3+ years in a similar senior regulatory compliance role in banking/EMI or financial services.
• Cysec certified
• Proactive with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent command of English and Greek
