KYC Officer (Arab Speaker) Full Time On-Site
Native Arabic Speakers with no prior experience may apply.
Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Cyprus.
Our client a rapidly expanding Investment Firm is seeking to hire an Arabic Speaking KYC Officer for their offices in Nicosia.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, review and upload client documents and files in accordance with the Company’s Client Acceptance Policy;
- Continuously liaise with clients regarding the collection of documentation;
- Communication with clients re the payment methods and collection of documents as a proof of payment;
- Run compliance checks to screen prospective clients and perform enhanced due diligence, using the World Check software;
- Updating client records;
- Communication with other Company’s Department in relation to KYC matters;
- Report on a regular basis to the Head of the Department;
- Prepare the KYC related reports from time to time, if and when requested by the Company.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal;
- Bachelor Degree;
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), as well as computer literacy;
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written;
- Ability to work as part of the team;
- Attention to detail and target oriented;
- Proven experience in the field will be considered as an advantage;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- CySEC Certification will be considered as an advantage;
- Working permit in Cyprus.
