KYC Officer (Spanish Speaker) Full Time On-Site

Our client a rapidly expanding Investment Firm is seeking to hire a Spanish Speaking KYC Officer for their offices in Nicosia.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, review and upload client documents and files in accordance with the Company’s Client Acceptance Policy;
• Continuously liaise with clients regarding the collection of documentation;
• Communication with clients re the payment methods and collection of documents as a proof of payment;
• Run compliance checks to screen prospective clients and perform enhanced due diligence, using the World Check software;
• Updating client records;
• Communication with other Company’s Department in relation to KYC matters;
• Report on a regular basis to the Head of the Department;
• Prepare the KYC related reports from time to time, if and when requested by the Company.
   

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal;
• Bachelor Degree;
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), as well as computer literacy;
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written;
• Ability to work as part of the team;
• Attention to detail and target oriented;
• Proven experience in the field will be considered as an advantage;
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• CySEC Certification will be considered as an advantage;

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 16:00 – 00:00
