Quality Control – Dept. Manager (Arabic) Full Time On-Site

Our client, a rapidly expanding Regulated Investment Firm is seeking to hire a Quality Control Manager for their offices in Nicosia.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of Quality Control officers, assigning tasks to the team;
• Evaluating the performance of the team;
• Preparing the Department’s Manual, procedure and reports templates;
• Provide training to the team members and other departments to increase the quality of work;
• Determine the agents’ quality standards by listening and studying inbound and outbound calls of Customer On-onboarding Officers and Relationship Officers;
• Ensure the call satisfy the Company’s policies and standards;
• Prepare the reports of all monitored calls and provide feedback in writing in English to the Head of Compliance;
• Ensure proper level of customer service and quality is maintained by the employees while contacting clients;
• Monitor quality of services provided by the company and various departments;
• Liaise with Head of Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards and monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures;
• Assist in other compliance related tasks if necessary.
• Prepare the QC reports;
• Prepare other QC related reports from time to time, if and when requested by the Company.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in English & Arabic, both written and verbal;
• Proven experience in the industry and in Quality control department;
• Bachelor Degree;
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), as well as computer literacy;
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written;
• Attention to detail and target oriented;
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
