Conversion Agent (Arabic) Full Time On-Site

Our client, a rapidly expanding Regulated Investment Firm is looking to hire an Arabic Speaking Conversion Agent with at least 6 experience in a similar role to join their great team in Limassol, Cyprus!

Key Tasks:

• Promote financial products and services
• Lead a sales strategy for acquisition of new customers
• Discuss financial markets and factors in a clear manner
• Assist Compliance with the processing of Know-Your-Client documentation
• Train clients on the Company’s trading systems, and interact daily with clientele
• Communicate marketing promotions to clients via telephone and email

Requirements:

• Atleast 6 months’ sales experience in the financial markets
• Excellent Arabic communication skills and inter-personal skills
• Be an independent employee but also be able to work well in a team
• Good negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Sales experience on any field with proven track record
• Ability to work under pressure and target driven attitude
• Computer literacy and Higher education considered as advantage
• Prior experience in financial trading platforms, FX and Stocks broker market considered as an advantage
• Eligible to work in the Republic of Cyprus.
