Social Media & Content Manager (FX) Hybrid

We are looking for candidates that will be responsible for the brands social media channels and website content. The overall scope would be developing strategies to increase followers, engagement and quality leads by creating and overseeing social media content, campaigns, managing and producing website content.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically. Specific duties include producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading, formulating content strategies and managing local content and creative teams, among other tasks.

General Responsibility

• Regularly post text, video and images that engage the company’s target market, follow online conversations on a company’s social media accounts and solve customer concerns using social media platforms.
• Great verbal and written communication skills. The position entails interacting with writers, designers, developers and customers and report to senior management personnel.
• Crafting engaging content which aligns with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage people.
• Computer skills, skills in using social media platforms and skills in using tools that analyze social media platforms are requirements for this position.
• Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
• Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
• Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media.
• Understand basic SEO principles.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience. 2 years working in or for a CFD/Forex provider.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
• Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
