Who we are

This website is operated by Connexzion Ltd, trading as Connections — Property Partners, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 400949 with its registered office at Alexandrou Papagou 61, 8027 Paphos, Cyprus (“Connections”, “we”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect what you choose to give us: your name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, the location of your property, the service you are interested in and your message.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you write.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal information through this website.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to discuss your property with you and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal for our services.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask to hear from us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is handled on our behalf by the companies that provide our website hosting, enquiry form and email. They may only use it to provide those services to us.

If one of those providers stores data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a client, the information forms part of our client records and is kept for as long as the law requires.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where it is required.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and ask for it in a portable format.

To use any of these rights, email office@connectionscy.com. We will reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
